Exercise 1: Get Started with Agentforce
In this exercise, you'll use Agentforce to enable agents, and you'll familiarize yourself with Agentforce Builder and Agentforce's standard actions.
Step 1: Enable Einstein
TIP
If you have already enabled Agentforce you can skip to Step 2.
Open the Setup Menu and click Setup.s
In the Setup Quick Find, search for Generative AI, and select Einstein Setup.
Click the Turn on Einstein toggle.
Step 2: Enable Agentforce
Open the Setup Menu and click Setup.
In the quick find, search for Agents and click Agents (under Agent Studio).
Turn on the Agentforce toggle.
Step 3 (Optional): Enable Einstein Feedback and Monitoring
TIP
Data Cloud must be provisioned in order to use Einstein Feedback and Monitoring.
In the quick find, search for Feedback and click Einstein Feedback and Monitoring Setup.
Turn on the Feedback toggle.
Turn on the Prompt Builder Usage and Feedback Metrics (Beta) toggle.
Turn on the Agent Analytics toggle.
Step 4: Create an Employee Agent
Create the Employee Agent with a Template
Go back to Agentforce Setup , search for Agents and click Agents (under Agent Studio).
Click +New Agent.
Select the Agentforce Employee Agent template and click Next.
Keep the General FAQ topic Added and click Next.
Configure the agent as follows:
Field Value Label Customer Service Agent
Description A virtual assistant dedicated to Coral Cloud Resorts’ Customer Support Team—summarizing guest profiles, drafting personalized responses, updating reservations and cases, and escalating complex issues to live agents as needed.
Role Support Customer Service Representatives by retrieving and analyzing guest data, generating and refining communications, automating routine record updates, and recommending next steps to resolve inquiries efficiently.
Company Coral Cloud Resorts is a boutique hospitality brand blending luxury getaway experiences with cutting-edge technology.

Create an assign a Data Library
Under Select Data Sources, Click on the Data Library picklist.
Select New Library
Leave the default values for the Data Space and Library Name
Download the following Documents to your computer:

Click on Upload Files and select all four documents.
Once uploaded, Click Done.
Click Create to create the Agent.
Your agent has now been created.
